IN a decision that could cost her millions, loving mom SHARON OSBOURNE wants out of “America’s Got Talent” and other showbiz gigs so she can help care for MS-stricken son JACK, say sources.

Sharon made her dramatic decision after 26-year-old Jack was diagnosed with incurable multiple sclerosis.

The wife of rocker Ozzy Osbourne has become a one-woman entertainment industry, not only managing her husband’s career but also writing two best-selling books in addition to serving as a judge on “AGT” and as co-host of CBS’ “The Talk.”

But she’s apparently READY to sacrifice it all.

“Sharon’s serious about wanting out of her contracts,” revealed a friend. “She said it would be the height of show business vanity to keep on working as this big TV personality when her child is suffering.”

In a tragic twist of fate, Jack was slammed with his MS diagnosis just weeks after he and fiancee Lisa Stelly celebrated the April 24 birth of their daughter Pearl Clementine.

Doctors told him he had lost 80 percent of the vision in his right eye as a result of MS, which attacks the central nervous system.

A distraught Sharon, 59, broke down in tears on “The Talk” while thanking people for their support. She wants to help the young couple care for their newborn while Jack deals with his treatment, said the friend.

“It’s brought out Sharon’s mothering instincts in a major way,” the friend added.

Jack is grateful but insists he’s perfectly capable of handling his medical problems. And he wants his mom to keep her showbiz jobs.

“Jack’s been left on his own a lot – he’s very independent,” a pal told The ENQUIRER.

“When Sharon offered to move in with him and Lisa, Jack practically turned white. He can’t imagine having that force of nature under his roof.

“But Sharon hasn’t gotten to where she is by taking no for an answer.”
