Now pals of the 42-year-old TV spitfire are outraged that entrepreneur Nick is waging a court battle to obtain the frozen embryos the couple once planned to use for starting a family.
“Nick two-timed Sofia with strippers and hookers!
He’s the last guy in the world who should be a dad!” a friend of the actress dished.
“It’s outrageous that he wants to do this after they split up.”
The ENQUIRER exposed Nick’s disgusting behavior in 2012 reports before Sofia dumped him last May.
The beauty is now engaged to hunk Joe Manganiello, but Nick sparked a headline-making scandal by filing a complaint against her and the ART Reproductive Center in California to prevent destruction of the embryos fertilized in 2013.
If Nick wins the court battle, he wants to use the embryos so he can have children on his own, but Sofia would have no parental responsibility!
Added her friend: “Nick’s pathetic. It’s laughable that he would even think of raising their babies after what he put Sofia through.”
