SEX PSYCHO GARRIDO FEAR

Jaycee Dugard’s kidnapper Phillip Garrido enraged because he’s lost control of his partner in crime – his wife!

Now Nancy Garrido ignores pleading letters that her husband writes daily, and he’s terrified she’ll testify against him for the kidnapping, rape and 18-year imprisonment of Jaycee Dugard, an insider tells The ENQUIRER.

"Phil is freaking out that all the psychological ploys he’s used to control Nancy are failing. Phil fears she’ll testify against him," the source said.

The Garridos are accused of grabbing 11-year-old Jaycee off a street in 1991, and then hiding her and the two daughters she had with Garrido in their Antioch, Calif., backyard until they were discovered earlier this year.

But Nancy, 54, is negotiating with prosecutors and may become a state’s witness against her husband in exchange for a more lenient sentence, sources say.

Phillip, 58, is writing Nancy daily letters in a desperate attempt to keep her in his corner, said the insider.

"Phil’s letters are mostly religious rants about how God put him in this situation and helped him overcome his sexual demons," the insider divulged.

"But he’s also written to Nancy about how much he loves her, and he’s counseled her to stay strong because God has a purpose for them. And he promised to testify on her behalf and tell the court that he coerced her into a life of crime."

But Garrido has no intention of doing that, said the insider.

"Phil told Nancy those things to keep her on his side," said the insider. "But reality is finally starting to settle in for Nancy, and she’s stopped responding to his letters.

"He’s absolutely furious that he’s losing control of her."
