Macho movie star Brad Pitt is sporting nail polish – and it’s part of being a dad?!
The 51-year-old actor had his hands adorned in blue nail polish for the premiere of wife Angelina Jolie’s war drama, “Unbroken.”
Then he had tongues wagging with more painted nails at the Palm Springs International Film Festival on Jan. 4. Brad was showing off rainbow colors on his right pinkie and ring finger, while his left hand was a mix of red, purple and blue across his middle finger, ring finger and pinkie.
Now The National ENQUIRER can reveal why Brad keeps getting his nails done – and fans don’t have to worry about him getting as feminine as Bruce Jenner. Brad’s bold colors are painted on by his family, a source close to the Jolie-Pitt clan explained.
“With his nails painted in different colors representing each child, Brad is reminded of how much he’s loved by his kids,” said our insider.
“Each one has different colors for each of the kids – Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh, plus one nail for the twins, Knox and Vivienne.
“I’m told the kids selected all of the colors. Brad lets them use him as a living canvas. They’ve put beads in his beard, and drawn on his T-shirts and bike helmet,” added the source. “He loves it!”
