SCARY SKINNY TORI SPELLING IN CRISIS

TORI SPELLING has collapsed under the weight of her husband Dean McDermott’s cheating scandal – and friends fear she’s now reached a “crisis point.”

The already pin-thin actress has lost 20 pounds in a few short months and is now down to a skeletal 90, sources tell The ENQUIRER.

A close friend claims that Tori, 40, has been taking anti-anxiety and migraine medication since last November, just weeks before reports surfaced that her husband of seven years, Dean McDermott, had cheated on her during a promotional tour in Canada.

While Dean, 47, publicly apologized and entered rehab for addiction and personal issues, Tori has been left to pick up the pieces of her shattered life. Her finances are in shambles and she’s struggling to keep her world from spiraling out of control while raising her and Dean’s four young children – Liam, 7, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 19 months – alone.

“Tori’s life has taken a tumble every which way she looks, and her medication affects her appetite,” a friend said. “You can literally see her wasting away.”

The 5-foot-5 former “Beverly Hills, 90210” star spent two days in the hospital last fall for anxiety. She was hospitalized again in late March after she complained about feeling faint, the friend revealed. Another source says Tori is consumed by fears that Dean will cheat again or that she’ll learn the sordid details of other affairs he may have had.

She’s also facing financial woes. Her reality show with Dean was canceled in 2012. And she admits she’s suffered a run of bad real estate deals and also has trouble curbing her spending.

Tori hopes to turn things around with the April 22 launch of a new reality series, “True Tori,” in which viewers will watch her navigate “the most difficult and unpredictable period in her life,” according to the show’s press release. In addition, she’s scheduled to debut a new series, “Mystery Girls,” with her ex-“90210” co-star Jennie Garth in the fall.

But her main focus right now is the future of her marriage.

“She tosses and turns every night trying to figure out what to do,” the friend confided. “She’s collapsed from all the stress. Tori wants Dean back so he can be an active father to their children, but at the same time she doesn’t know if she can get beyond this cheating scandal.”

Tori’s mother, Candy, has offered to let Tori and the children move in with her, but ONLY if she kicks Dean to the curb once and for all, says the friend. “Candy has never liked Dean and was against their marriage from the get-go,” explained the friend. “I’m sure she believes she’s doing what’s best for Tori, but it’s only adding to her stress.

“Tori can’t continue this way for much longer – something has to give.”
