THE honeymoon is already over for gay newlywed SARA GILBERT!
The 39-year-old star is reeling from reports that her former lady love, TV producer Allison Adler, is furious she’s tied the knot with songwriter Linda Perry.
“Sara and Allison were together 10 years, and share two beautiful children,” a source told The ENQUIRER.
“She thought Allison had come to terms with their breakup, but apparently she hasn’t, and Sara’s newlywed bliss has been shattered.”
Sara – best known for her role as Darlene Conner on the hit ABC sitcom “Roseanne” and now co-host of daytime TV’s “The Talk” – came out publicly as a lesbian in 2010.
She and Allison, co-creator of “The New Normal,” split in 2011, but share joint custody of son Levi, 9, and daughter Sawyer, 6.
After a year-long engagement, Sara wed 48-year-old singer Linda, formerly of the band “4 Non Blondes,” on March 30 at the One Gun Ranch in Malibu, Calif.
But in mid-April, an online report claimed Allison felt “betrayed” that Sara had “ditched” their family for her new love.
“It was really hurtful for Allison to basically lose Sara to Linda,” a source was quoted as saying in the report.
“When Sara and Linda got engaged last year it was like the final dagger for Allison. She would have liked to have worked on her relationship with Sara instead of just giving up.”
The ENQUIRER source added: “It’s clear that friends of Allison are airing her dirty laundry, and it’s certainly put a damper on Sara’s honeymoon.”
