Santorum told ABC that JFK’s historic speech pledging to keep the Catholic Pope and politics separate “makes me want to throw up.”
Backtracking, Santorum then blabbed about the importance of political leaders respecting people of faith and promptly took current President Obama to the matt for making apologizes for the accidental burning of Korans at an US military base.
“I think it shows weakness,” he told the Alphabet Net’s news bureau.
“I don’t believe in an America where the separation of church and state is absolute.
“To say that people of faith have no role in the public square? You bet that makes me want to throw up.”
JFK, having been assassinated in 1963, was not available to comment on Santorum’s savage attack on his pledge to keep church and state more than separate.
