SANDUSKY VICTIM GOES PUBLIC WITH HIS STORY

JERRY SANDUSKY

The man known as Victim 1 in the JERRY SANDUSKY sex abuse scandal has decided to break his silence — and reveal his identity!

AARON FISHER, 18, has written a book, Silent No More: Victim 1’s Fight for Justice Against Jerry Sandusky, in which he details the sexual abuse he began suffering when he was 11. “Here I am, beside my mom, crying, telling them and they don’t believe me,” Fisher tells 20/20. “I knew they wouldn’t.”

Fisher explains that Sandusky took an interest in him and began taking him to sporting events. “We sat in box seats,” said Fisher. “He was just kind of like a giant stuffed teddy bear. He seemed like the all-natural father figure — something that most kids wished their dads did.”

Fischer says then things took a turn. “He’d put his hand on my leg while we were driving. My family never did that, so it was kind of weird.”

He explained, “There were so many emotions and thoughts running through my head. Being a kid, you never know what to do, and you don’t know who to tell because you don’t know who you can trust.”

Fisher added, “It’s a fact that I lost a good portion of my childhood. I endured heartaches and numerous amounts of people who didn’t believe me and walked away from me.”
