JACKO FAMILY FEUD gets more contentious as matriarch KATHERINE JACKSON’s lawyer ready to cut deal to get co-custody of the kids.

Katherine's attorney says paperwork to create a co-guardianship for Michael Jackson's three children will be filed tomorrow in Los Angeles, AP reported.

The filings are said to be based on an agreement reached last week between Team Katherine and Tito “TJ” Jackson who was appointed temporary guardian of Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket Jackson.

Katherine’s lawyer Perry Sanders Jr. said attorneys will wait to see how a judge wants to proceed.

As The ENQUIRER reported previously the whole shebang exploded when Katherine Jackson “mysteriously disappeared” to an Arizona spa and hadn’t contacted her grandchildren for ten days sparking a calamitous crisis within the Jacksons and feeding a worldwide media frenzy.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff said  he didn't believe Katherine Jackson had done anything wrong but still suspended her guardianship duties.
