Former NBA star Dennis Rodman, 47, pleaded no contest to charges of spousal battery and was sentenced to three years probation.
The rowdy B-baller well known for off court fouls will take to the streets -- bagging trash.
Besides 45 days of road work cleanup, Rodman will also enjoy a year of domestic violence counseling.
On April 30, LAPD busted Rodman at a hotel in Century City where he had struck his girlfriend who had suffered an injury.
As part of the plea bargain, two other counts of brandishing a weapon and attempting to dissuade a witness - his GF -- were dropped by prosecution.
A spokesman for the city said that Rodman would be allowed to do his community service in Florida where he is currently living.
Rodman's lawyer said he was already enrolled there for counseling.
