The comedienne is furious at Oprah Winfrey because she believes the talk queen shamelessly exploited kidnap victim Shawn Hornbeck — by bombarding him and his family with personal and sexual questions shortly after his rescue, say sources. Shawn’s appearance on “Oprah” reignited an old rage in O’Donnell — who once sparked controversy by stating that Oprah’s actions “might be a little bit gay” but she’s “just not doin’ it.”
Pals predict that an outraged Oprah will fire back behind the scenes. She’ll use her considerable clout to try to convince Barbara Walters to boot O’Donnell off “The View,” say insiders.
“Rosie can’t stand Oprah!” divulged a close source. “She thinks she is a first-class hypocrite.”
