ROMAN POLANSKI SEX OFFENDER ULTIMATUM

description

If Roman Polanski wants his rape charges dismissed, LA prosecutors issued an ultimatum today to the fugitive director: surrender.

Polanski who fled the US 30 years ago after pleading guilty to having sex with an under age girl asked LA County Superior Court to dismiss the case because judicial and prosecutorial misconduct revealed in a documentary Roman Polanski: Wanted and Desired.

Reading from top secret documents sealed until recently, prosecutors described lurid details of Polanski seduction of a 13 year old girl in 1977 at actor Jack Nicholson‘s mansion.

According to official documents, Polanski plied the girl “with multiple glasses of Champagne and a portion of a Quaalude pill, and then proceeded to orally copulate this child, have sexual intercourse with this child, and sodomize this child.”

The alleged victim, now 44, has asked the court for the charges to be dropped against the Academy Award winning director and widower of the actress Sharon Tate who was murdered by Charles Manson‘s followers in 1969.

A hearing is scheduled in two weeks in LA County Superior Court – -whether or not Polanski will appear is something only his attorneys know.
