“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star BRANDI GLANVILLE is on a quest for revenge – and her target is LeAnn Rimes, say pals.
Friends believe that Brandi wants to emotionally and publicly punish the country superstar for breaking up her marriage to actor Eddie Cibrian.
Brandi, 39, and Eddie, 38, married in 2001 and they had two children – Mason, 8, and Jake, 4. But all hell broke loose when Eddie had an affair with 29-year-old LeAnn, who was also married at the time.
Both marriages fell apart and ended in divorce. LeAnn and Eddie got married earlier this year.
Now a still-fuming Brandi has gone hi-tech to strike back!
“Every chance Brandi has to get a dig in on LeAnn, she will – and she is using her Twitter account to dole out her revenge,” said a friend.
A few weeks ago, while LeAnn was at the Country Music Awards in Nashville, Brandi was with ex-husband Eddie and her children in Los Angeles attending a school function together.
Brandi tweeted that she was spending the morning as “one big happy family for Mason’s big play!” Then she added that it was she and Eddie who had “made the cutest little boys alive.”
The source confided: “Even though LeAnn may not read Brandi’s tweets, Brandi knows that LeAnn’s fans report back to her on every one of them.
“Brandi believes that LeAnn is needy and wants Eddie around her practically 24/7. She also believes that while LeAnn and Eddie are completely in love with each other, LeAnn feels insecure when he isn’t right by her side.
“So any opportunity Brandi gets, she will tweet to the world and let them know that their family is back together, albeit for a school play or function.
“Brandi knows how to push LeAnn’s buttons, and that’s exactly what she’s doing. She considers it payback for stealing her man.
“It seems like she wants her to feel some of the pain she went through when she found out Eddie and LeAnn were having an affair – and she’s not afraid to dish it out.
“Brandi often tweets about how she and Eddie made beautiful children together. She also feels LeAnn is well aware that Eddie is capable of cheating on her. Brandi believes if he has done it once, it can happen again.
“She doesn’t want Eddie back as her husband, but she would not be too upset if he and LeAnn ended up in divorce.
“Brandi believes in karma, and one day it will come knocking on Eddie and LeAnn’s door – maybe one tweet at a time.”
