Gay tennis legend MARTINA NAVRATILOVA’s gorgeous girlfriend of five years and new fiancee is a former Miss USSR with a shocking link to the world of sadomasochistic sex, The ENQUIRER reveals.
Sources say the 57-year-old athlete is well aware of Julia Lemigova’s background – which includes the mystery death of her longtime male lover during a bizarre S&M sex session!
