Britney Spears is in rehab again, according to TMZ.com. Yesterday the singer checked out of Promises rehab facility and visited a lawyers office. She wore a blonde wig to cover her newly shaved head.
An emergency custody hearing requested by Kevin Federline that was scheduled for today, Feb. 22, has been cancelled because of the new development, TMZ reports.
