A judge ruled Britney Spears is no longer allowed to drive with her sons in the car, reports TMZ. The ruling came after a 90-minute hearing on Friday, Nov. 16, where both Kevin Federline and Britney’s lawyers made their cases.
A TMZ video of Spears running a red light with a cell phone in hand while her children and a court monitor were in the car was submitted as evidence in the case.
“Orders were made. … I can’t discuss the content of those orders,” Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said Friday afternoon. “Documents have not been released by the court, and I don’t know if they will be. The matter will be continued at a future date.” All Britney’s lawyer, Anne Kiley, would say was that everything “was great.”
This ruling comes after Britney drove over a photographer’s foot on Thursday, Nov. 15. Brit has also run over the feet of a police officer and another paparazzi.
