REPORT CLAIMS LINDSAY WAS ON COKE WHEN IN MEMORIAL DAY CRASH

Sources say toxicology reports show Lindsay Lohan had cocaine in her bloodstream when she crashed her car on May 26, as well as nearly twice the legal amount of alcohol, according to a report on TMZ.com.

Lohan, who remains in rehab since the Memorial Day bender, was cited for driving under the influence at the time and is set to be arraigned Aug. 24.

The police investigation in still in progress and the District Attorney’s Office said they are not ready to release any information. Lindsay’s lawyer told TMZ, "It’s highly inappropriate for me to discuss a pending case."
