Real Housewives of New Jersey star TERESA GIUDICE's hubby JOE was indicted on Tuesday by a grand jury in the Garden State.
Joe was charged with fraudulently obtaining a driver’s license in his brother's name, RadarOnline.com reported.
Joe, 40, was charged by a Passaic County grand jury with one count of impersonation and one count of wrongfully using identifying information of another, authorities said.
When his license was suspended, according to officials, Giudice used his brother Pietro’s marriage and birth certificates to obtain a driver’s license with his picture — but his brother’s info — at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission.
Prosecutors said the ruse was uncovered when Pietro Giudice was pulled over in March on a routine traffic stop, and Joe's picture came up.
If convicted on both counts, Giudice could face more than 11 years in prison.
