It’s for millionaire TV chef Rachael Ray to settle her outstanding debts. A college pal says the Food Network star STILL owes him $1,000!
Scott Netzler, who met Rachael when she was a student at Pace University in Pleasantville, N.Y., told The ENQUIRER Rachael came to him in 1988 when she was having trouble making ends meet.
Scott had already graduated and was working as an auditor when Rachael asked to borrow $2,500, so the kind-hearted Scott wired her the cash.
“Maybe I was too naive,” said Scott, “but I hoped that someone would have done the same for me if I had been in Rachael’s position.”
