Kelly’s defense team accused prosecution of deliberately not-allowing more jurors of color.
They also objected when Judge Vincent Gaughan allowed a rape victim on the jury.
Kelly is accused of videotaping a three-way-sex tryst with an underage participant.
Eight white and four black jurors will hear testimony in the case beginning next week in Chicago.
