JORAN VAN DER SLOOT, the key suspect in the disappearance of NATALEE HOLLOWAY, is living like a king in Peruvian prison!
Van der Sloot is awaiting trial in Lima for the murder of Flores, a 21-year-old student who was found brutally beaten to death in the Dutchman’s hotel room.
In an interview on Peru TV, influential businessman Ricardo Flores complained that while Castro Castro prison is infamously over crowded, van der Sloot has a private cell.
He also has more exercise privileges than other inmates and has access to marijuana.
As The ENQUIRER previously reported, van der Sloot was caught on tape negotiating a pot purchase in the prison yard.
Castro Castro officials later claimed it was a "sting operation."
In preparation for Joran’s upcoming trial, Peru Judge Carlos Cordova, has ordered still more psychological testing of the accused.
Joran initially confessed to the killing of Flores and then recanted.
