Black Swan star NATALIE PORTMAN is BOTH pregnant and engaged, her rep confirms.

Natalie, 29,  is pregnant with her first child and announced her engagement to Benjamin Millepied, who  choreographed hit indie psycho-drama Black Swan.

Portman's flack confirmed the happy news to media, declining to elaborate further.

Natalie and Millepied, a ballet dancer and choreographer, met during the making of ballet-centric Black Swan.

Natalie's been dual nommed for best actress by the Golden Globes and the Screen Actors Guild and is favored to garner a triple crown nod with an Oscar nom.

The happy hubby to be, Millepied, played a dancer in the flick in a bit part.

Cue the Tchaikovsky for the pas de deux nups!
