The 34 year old mum of 3 leaves nothing to the imagination despite complaining she appears "really awful naked’.
"There are loads of things I don’t like about my body", Posh admitted to UK tab Daily Mail. "I’ve got so much saggy skin on my stomach."
The uber-sexy pix will grace glam mags and billboards worldwide and are from Posh’s very first shoot in a three year multi-million dollar deal with the fashion maven.
