Hayden, 23, wasn’t shy about showing off her hot bikini body over the weekend in Miami, nearly spilling out of her skimpy fuchsia string two-piece – and her sumptuous new curves has at least one expert crying ‘boob job!’
“It appears that Hayden has some Nashville-sized breast implants,”celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the tawny thesp, told RadarOnline.
“The wrinkles on the inner part of her breast are very consistent with wrinkles we see with salinebreast implants, which can be inserted through the armpit,” explained Dr. Youn, but the marks can be reduced with silicone implants, fat injections, or gaining weight.
“Implant wrinkles or not, I think Hayden looks great!” Youn enthused.
Whatever the cause of the former Heroes action star’s dramatically different appearance, Panettiere — who first provoked surgery chatter back in 2010 — still looked incredibly boobiful as she frolicked on the shoreline near lover doll Wladimir Klitschko’s beach pad.
