The Hollywood Reporter, the chronicler of all things Tinsel Town, says that while Paula should be “riding high” after the singer turned reality star snared a cool multimillion dollar deal to reunite with old pal/freneemy Simon, GUESS WHO who isn’t happy?

The ten-percenters are now locked in a heated dispute with Abdul over commissions arising from her new gig as "X-Factor" judge.
According to sources close to the situation, Paula is refusing to pay the standard 10% agency commission on her X Factor deal, which and allowed Abdul to join Cowell on stage in Los Angeles for the start of judging.
Paula has claimed that the commissions are not owed due to a prearranging prior relationship with X-Factor producer Simon Cowell.
And now her position has led to preemptive legal salvos fired in what may be a very expensive legal battle and could very well cost Paula her job, insiders say.
