PAUL NEWMAN’S DYING WISH

description

Paul Newman’s final wish has been granted two months after he lost his heroic battle with cancer – his beloved wife is returning to acting.

Joanne Woodward, 78 – who’d been married to Paul for 50 years – is going back to the craft she loves in an effort to repair her shattered heart, say family sources.

“In an attempt to heal her broken heart, Joanne is going to return to acting – granting Paul’s final wish,” a close family source told The ENQUIRER.

“In his final days, he confided in close family members and friends that his main concern was Joanne’s life after he was gone. They were soul mates and he knew she would be facing a hard road after his passing.

“He thought she should return to what she did best besides being his life partner – and that was acting.”

But for more than a month after the death of her cherished partner, she despaired – not leaving the house for days at a time, divulge insiders.

“Joanne confided to a pal, ‘Paul also told me in the dream that I had to be positive about life. He said he would always be nearby and wanted me to return to acting.’

“Joanne took her beloved husband’s words to heart and joined the cast of the Christmas production A Holiday Garland at the Westport Country Playhouse."

“Paul gave Joanne back the gift of life – just when friends thought they were losing her,” another family source told The ENQUIRER.
