Twilight vamp king's greatest fear - that his fame has destroyed his love life.

Despite becoming one of the hottest overnight sensations in the industry Robert Pattinson  admits he's a "paranoid wreck" when it comes to his love life.

Patz worries about ruining his girlfriend's lives when coming under the scrutiny of fans and media - even make believe girl friends.

"I'm always really worried about ruining their lives," he said.

"Especially with people that aren't famous. It's such a massive change.

"I'm kind of a paranoid wreck."
