Everyone’s favorite heiress was spotted smoking what appeared to be a joint outside of Teddy’s in Hollywood. While drug use may be nothing new for young Hollywood, didn’t Paris Hilton just tell Larry King that she never did any drugs? Well this must have been a new experience for her, as one onlooker told Page Six, “She took a huge puff off a joint, then opened the door and exhaled the pot smoke basically in my face.”
