Paris Hilton has finally made good on her promise to do charity work in Africa. The former jailbird visited South Africa with her boyfriend Benji Madden to met with children at an orphanage and sign autographs for schoolchildren. Paris even organized a VIP party for herself in Johannesburg on Friday night.
