Paris Hilton may not have to be behind bars for the full 45 days the judge sentenced her to!
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore says because of overcrowding the Simple Life star might only have to do about 21-23 days in the big house. “It’s a complicated formula that the state sets down. It’s possible that she could do less time,” Whitmore told The Associated Press.
Whitmore said Hilton’s sentence will be determined when she is booked into the county system.
In other Paris news, her father, Rick, checked in to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for an unknown operation on Friday, according to TMZ. Paris did not escort her dad to the hospital where he is expected to stay between three and five days.
