A settlement has been reached in the $10 million defamation lawsuit between Paris Hilton and diamond heiress-actress Zeta Graff.
The settlement comes just before both parties were to battle it out in court on Monday stemming from Graff’s claims that Hilton spread “vicious lies” about her to the media in 2005.
“Both parties are glad that the matter could be resolved without the time and expense of a trial,” Graff’s attorney said in a statement. Hilton’s rep has not commented.
