Oprah Winfrey is gearing up to help Barack Obama‘s presidential campaign by joining him on a three state bus tour starting Dec. 8. She’ll meet with voters in of Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina, campaign reps said.
In other Oprah news, the talk show host unexpectedly dropped in on her Leadership Academy Girls School in South Africa on Nov. 25. She met with the 12-year-old pupil who was allegedly abused at the school and her family. At the meeting, Winfrey personally apologized for the misconduct of the matrons at the school.
