OPRAH SEX ABUSE TRIAL

Oprah Winfrey in court to face headmistress of her school she fired after being embroiled in a sex-abuse scandal.

The talk show titan is due in a Philly courtroom after a federal judge failed to dismiss defamation charges filed by Nomvuyo Mzamane, who was selected by Oprah to run her South African school in 2007.

Mzamane was running the school when a sex-abuse scandal erupted at Winfrey's $40-million Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa.

A school dorm matron and a gang of students were accused of sexually preying on others enrolled in the school.

Oprah fired the head mistress and is being sued for $250,000 in damages by ther former employee. 

Winfrey has rearranged her taping schedule in Chicago to attend the trial when she is expected to testify within the next two weeks.
