If the GOP has their way FIRST LADY MICHELLE OBAMA can get busy on her new TV show a lot sooner than planned!
MICHELLE OBAMA wants her own TV talk show – and she may not be willing to wait until her hubby is out of the White House to take on the challenge!
“If her husband wins the election this year, I don’t think Michelle can wait until his second term is over,” said a close source. “She’s been bitten by the television bug and loves being on the tube!”
The program would have a special emphasis on health and fitness subjects – just like the ones she features in her “Let’s Move!” campaign.
“It’s not as far-fetched as it sounds,” said one prominent TV industry insider. “Every network and major production company would LOVE to have Michelle Obama on their roster. It would be a dream come true.”
Michelle, 48, is already a regular on TV, appearing more than 40 times since her husband took office. This year alone, the first lady has encouraged Jay Leno to eat his veggies, done push-ups with Ellen DeGeneres and challenged late-night host Jimmy Fallon to a fitness competition that had the two competing in a potato sack race in the White House.

The close source said Michelle intends to bring on celebrities, medical experts and top chefs who specialize in tasty, but balanced diets.
“Like ‘Let’s Move!,’ the show would be targeted at both kids and young adults,” explained the source.“It’s all part of Michelle’s efforts to reduce childhood obesity and promote healthy eating.
“The first lady says, ‘I want to do a television show that’s good for you!’”
