Olivia Newton-John’s Suicide Curse!

OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN is set to lose millions after pulling her “cursed” waterfront mansion in Florida off the market – because a workman killed himself in a bedroom with a pistol and made it virtually unsalable!

Comedian Rosie O’Donnell was all set to buy the 6,300-square-foot house on ritzy Jupiter Inlet Colony, but pulled out of the purchase after Christopher Pariseleti ended his life in 2013.

The “Grease” star, 66, put the home through one exorcism and four price reductions after it was first listed at $6.2 million before she withdrew it from sale last month!

In an exclusive interview, Christopher’s brother Erik told The National ENQUIRER: “I’m still struggling with what happened.”

A source close to the late man’s family said Olivia’s constant demands pushed Christopher to the brink.

“The family thinks Olivia is partly to blame,” an insider confided to The ENQUIRER. “There were a lot of demands placed on Christopher. This all happened when he was going bankrupt, so the pressure on him was enormous.”

Police have said Christopher, who died at 41, had asked Olivia for a $307,000 loan for his business in the days before his death.

In an email, the construction worker pledged to pay them back $11,000 per month over the next 30 months.

Olivia’s husband, John Easterling, told cops he and Olivia were planning to talk to Christopher about it, but never got a chance to give him an answer.

However, according to the family source, the power couple “turned him down.”

“It’s not a surprise he snapped,” the insider said. “Now it’s like the home is cursed. Who would want to live there after everything that’s happened?”

Meanwhile, when Rosie backed out of her $5.6 million offer, Olivia turned to a Catholic priest who attempted to cleanse it of any evil or curse.

But under Florida law, realtors have to tell any prospective buyers about the violent death – and Olivia couldn’t convince anyone to take it on and it’s since sat empty.

“The home is now in limbo until Olivia decides what to do,” said a Florida-based onlooker.
