Creepy double murder acquitee OJ SIMPSON remains behind bars as Nevada Supreme Court refuses to overturn his conviction on armed robbery and kidnapping.
The disgraced footballer, 63, had hoped to escape justice one more time by appealing to the Nevada Supreme Court that his part in the botched memorabilia "reclamation project" was an accident.
The Supreme Court didn’t buy OJ’s claims that he was "set-up" anymore than the jury that convicted Simpson on charges that he masterminded a heist and kidnapping of a sports memorabilia dealer in Vegas.
However, the court ordered the conviction of Simpson’s co-defendant Clarence "C.J." Stewart to be reversed and a new trial held.
OJ will remain jailed where, as The ENQUIRER reported exclusively, he is protected by a gang of transsexual inmate fans who cater to their "Daddy Juice".
