Associated Press slams PRESIDENT OBAMA’s staged photographs while he denies real photo-journos access to Oval Office.

The Associated Press editors have condemned the White House’s refusal to give actual photojournalists real access to President Obama. Obama prefers to hand out PR-style pictures staged and snapped by his own photogs.

According to AP director of photography Santiago Lyon, these official photographs are nothinge more than propaganda.

AP has only been permitted to photograph the president in the Oval Office on two occasions.

Both were during his first term as President.

All other images taken  of Obama in the Oval Office were taken by staff White House photographers and then distributed to the press via hand-out.

Prior presidential administrations were less stringent about photo-ops, undermining Obama’s frequent claim that he runs “the most transparent administration” in history.
