After 22 years out of the public eye, O.J. Simpson’s iconic white Ford Bronco — in which he and pal Al Cowlings led police on a mesmerizing low-speed chase on June 17, 1994 — is revving up to return to the spotlight.

The 1993 SUV played a key role in the surreal tale of the murder of O.J.’s ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman, but it dropped from sight shortly thereafter. Now, after all this time, “Inside Edition” has unearthed one of the most infamous getaway cars in history.

IE’s Jim Moret found the North California garage where the Bronco has been stored and met the current owner, who has kept the vehicle in pristine condition.

The owner, who will be identified on the air, said he has only put about 20 to 25 miles on it, and invites viewers to go along with him for a drive. The owner told Jim that he is trying to preserve everything about the car. He keeps the original tires in the trunk — and he even siphoned the original gas out of the tank and stores it in a gas can!

To see the Bronco, tune in to “Inside Edition” tomorrow night.
