David Aldana was one of the original jurors on the O.J. Simpson murder trial — and he remains unrepentant about their controversial decision to find the defendant 100% not guilty!
Now 54 years old, David sat down with the ABC network’s “Good Morning America” to talk about the decision to let O.J. off the hook for the brutal murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.
David told ABC’s Matt Gutman that he was still comfortable with the decision made after being presented with all the evidence.

“Oh, yeah,” said David. “What we were given? Do I think he did it? Yeah, I think there’s a shot he did it — but, on the other hand, the evidence didn’t prove it!”
When pressed, David explained what it would have really taken for O.J. to be found guilty as charged.
“If they had the weapon with his handprints on it,” he said.
“Something that just can’t be disputed.”

David has spent years living with being part of the very unpopular decision, of course, with his lawyer saying in 1995 that he “was shocked that the American public was upset with the verdict.”
Matt Gutman found out more about the fallout for the O.J. juror, as well.
“I lost friends,” said David. “People that I knew won’t talk to me anymore. [There were] a couple of fistfights.”
