“NOT A MONSTER” CHRIS BROWN SUED BY PHOTOG FOR BEATING

description

No sooner than Chris Brown took to YouTube saying he wasn’t a "monster" then a pap sued the R&B bad boy, alleging he was attacked by Brown’s posse.

The photog Robert Rosen is suing both Brown and an LA gym claiming he was beaten by Brown’s bodyguard after taking pictures of the singer in a fitness center in Universal City on may 13 – roughly a month after Brown’s arrest for allegedly assaulting Rihanna.  Brown pleaded not guilty in that case and is scheduled for a hearing later today.

Rosen’s lawsuit alleges he fell down a flight of stairs after being pursued by Brown’s bodyguard and also alleges he was blocked from leaving LA Fitness. It does not say he was assaulted by Brown personally.

The suit was filed the same day Brown, 20, posted a video on YouTube hyping new LP Graffiti.

"Everybody that’s haters, they just been haters," Brown speaks directly to the camera in the vid. "All my real fans, I love you.

"I ain’t a monster."
