Just imagine having Madonna for a neighbor – sexy rockin’ good times, right? WRONG says a neighbor who’s suing MAD!
Neighbor Karen George who lives above the music superstar in posh co-op building on Central Park has had enough of Madge’s loud phat beats and strenuous dance sessions.
George alleged in a lawsuit filed Friday against the building’s co-op board that Madonna is using her apartment as a dance rehearsal space, forcing neighbors to endure "blaring music, stomping and shaking walls," for up to three hours each day.
The suit charges "unreasonably high-decibel, amplified music" as bass-y vibrations rumble through walls, ceilings and radiators.
Previously, the building’s board co-op board had already threatened to evict Madonna for her raucous antics but had toned her hard livin’ for awhile or simply wasn’t at home.
Not any more, the suit charges.
