Jacko‘s estate may be worth half a billion but his kids are nearly penniless paupers.
So claimed lawyers arguing on behalf of Michael ‘s mom Katherine, 79, who requested a family allowance from the estate for her and MJ’s 3 kids, Prince, Paris and Blanket.
Citing an "urgent need" for cash lawyers said that Katherine had been "financially dependent" on Jacko and since his death has been living off Social Security payments.
And with three new mouths to add to the Jackson Family while Katherine has temporary custody of the MJ 3 until a separate hearing hearing next month.
The judge has pushed the money store request back to August 3.
