“NIP/TUCK” star Joely Richardson is saying goodbye to Hollywood to care for her critically ill daughter.

The Golden Globe-winning actress and daughter of Oscar winner Vanessa Redgrave recently told the series execs she was returning to London to care for her 14-year-old daughter Daisy, who suffers from a rare circulatory condition.

“I don’t know if I will ever be here (in Hollywood) again,” Joely, 41, told a reporter.

“I love my work. But I had to be in two places at once and I thought, ‘If it were all over tomorrow, what would I regret?’

“It would be not being there for her.”

Shortly after Daisy’s first birthday, she was diagnosed with a condition which weakens the valves and walls of her veins.

But now Daisy’s condition has grown worse, and her blood is not circulating back to her heart properly.

“We were always told that she would have to have more surgery when she got older,” the actress revealed. “The time has come.”

Joely is divorced from Daisy’s father — Tim Bevan, who runs a movie production company — but they share custody of their daughter.

On “Nip/Tuck,” Joely plays Julia, the wife of Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh).

Ironically, Joely’s character gave birth to a baby with a birth defect this season.
