Nicole Richie will receive a minimum of five days in jail, sources have told TMZ. Richie arrived at a Glendale, California courthouse on Friday for sentencing and sources told TMZ that she will plead guilty or no contest to her DUI charge.
Because this is Richie’s second DUI charge, by law, she must serve a minimum of five days in jail, says the report. Nicole was arrested on December 11, after cops say she drove the wrong way on a California highway.
The Simple Life was accompanied into the courthouse by her boyfriend Joel Madden and was wearing a short black dress and dark sunglasses.
