NO MORE tears for Nicole Kidman and hubby Keith Urban! After endless spats and even talk of divorce, the two have patched things up in counseling – and now plan to renew their vows.
“They’re in a wonderful place,” said a close pal of the couple. “They want to go to Bali with the kids for a second wedding ceremony!”
As The National ENQUIRER has reported, the pair fought furiously over Nicole’s nonstop cosmetic procedures, Keith’s constant touring and the time he spends away from home on “American Idol.”
“They were spending all of their time apart,” said a source. “Keith even headed to Hawaii on his own to think about what he wanted to do about their marriage. Nicole knew she had to do something.”
That’s when the pair – both 47, and parents of daughters Sunday Rose, 6, and Faith, 4 – sought counseling from a professional who insiders said helped them talk out their differences.
“Keith now understands that Nicole was going through a career crisis,” said a close friend. “At her age, she knows that her leading lady days may be over, and he realized that her Botox treatments were a desperate attempt to keep her competitive.”
Thanks to therapy, the two are more in love than when they first tied the knot in 2006, said the source.
“After all the crying and sharing, they just want to start over with a beautiful private ceremony in a paradise far from Hollywood!” added the source.
