New mom Nancy Grace has been hospitalized with blood clots in her lungs, a complication of her recent pregnancy. The Headline News anchor, 48, sought medical treatment after had trouble breathing on her way to church Sunday, CNN spokeswoman Janine Iamunno confirms.

"She was brought to the emergency room in Atlanta," Iamunno said in a statement Tuesday. "Her doctors found two blood clots in her lungs, which occurred as a result of the pregnancy. She is currently recovering and is expected to be released by the end of the week." Grace gave birth to her twins, a boy and a girl, on Nov. 4 — two months prior to her due date when doctors discovered she had fluid in her lungs. Iamunno said previously that Grace, a former prosecutor with the Fulton County District Attorney’s office, plans to return to hosting her legal analysis program as soon as possible.
