The drug-addled star of MTV “Real World Hollywood”, JOEY KOVAR, found dead of a suspected OD.
Kovar was 29.
He was a player on “Real World: Hollywood” back in 2008 and his struggles ith cocaine and alcohol abuse were featured on the show.
Kovar actually entered rehab on the show.
Joey was reportedly found dead Friday morning by a friend inside a Chicago area home and the friend called 9-1-1. His cause of death has not yet been determined.
He also appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew where his addiction battles with methamphetamine, steroids, cocaine and alcohol were showcased.
Joey’s family is reportedly concerned that his death may be drug related, RadarOnlien.com reported.
