Police say they have recovered a body said to be missing “August: Osage County” actress Misty Upham.
A body found in the Seattle suburb of Auburn is that of Misty Upham, cops say, a missing actress who has appeared in August: Osage County, Frozen River and Django Unchained
An official ID of the body has not been made, The Hollywood Reporter said.
Upham, a Native American actress, 32, was reported missing by her family ten days after telling law enforcement she was suicidal.
Misty’s father, Charles Upham, said she had and had stopped taking medication for anxiety and bipolar disorder.
She has been listed as missing in the Washington Crime Information Center database.
Upham had moved to the Seattle area to help care for her father who had a stroke. She had been staying at a relative's apartment on the Muckleshoot reservation.
Cause of death has not been released.
