The O.C.‘s Mischa Barton was charged with drunken driving, marijuana possession and driving without a license on Tuesday, Los Angeles prosecutors confirmed. The charges stem from a Dec. 27 incident where Barton was arrested by police while driving in West Hollywood at around 3 a.m.
At the time, police said they stopped Barton, 22, because she had taken up two lanes and failed to signal before making a turn. Barton spent seven hours in jail before being released on $10,000 bail.
Barton will be arraigned on the misdemeanor charges Thursday in Beverly Hills Superior Court.
