Mischa Barton has been arrested for DUI, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Mischa was booked at 3:10 am following her 2:46 am arrest early Thursday morning in Los Angeles.
According to the police report, deputies from West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station stopped the The O.C. star after her vehicle was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn. Authorities determined that Barton “was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage” after she was pulled over.
Mischa spent the rest of the night in jail and was released on $10,000 bail around 10 am Thursday.
